Dear Sir,
This is to Inform You sir that I have Credit Card of Central Bank of India, Khoraj Branch,Pin Code – 382421. Taluka-Dist- Gandhinagar.
Here I Inform you sir that On Aug.-2017, I went to China, I have Two Credit Card of HDFC Bank & Central Bank of India, I Misplaced both my Credit Card at Sanghai ( China ). I Requested to freeze both credit card in bank within 3 Hours but The lost credit card of central bank of india bore the Number 5241 6202 3564 5002. I Requested to freeze this card within 3 Hours So that No transactions can be made under any Circumstances with Complain ID No.E10081710470 on Dated 09/08/17 wide Telephonic Complain to Mr. Pritesh at 3:45 AM at China Time. We also do try for to do FRI at Nenjiang Road Police Station but we can not able to do FRI because of language problem. So I have neither authorized nor participated in above Three transaction & inform about it to Bank & also as per branch manager guideline when I come back india. I submit Disputed Transaction from in Khoraj Central Bank Branch Physical copy & also send E-mail to central bank credit dipart.. Here sir I also inform to bank that without Pin ( OTP ) how can it possible for to do Transaction. . How it possible without OTP & yet I have already inform to central bank about misplaced credit card. Within 3 hours.
I also Submit Disputed Transaction from in Khoraj Central Bank Branch Physical copy & also send E-mail in Bank, and also Credit Card department. again & again and went time Six month yet still Day there is not received Any valuable response & reply form central bank side. & central credit card department side.
So, Sir I have to take your help for above Matter.So please do needful about it as early as.
