Insurance Deducted without any intimation
Dear Sir,
I have a House Building Loan from the SBI Mathchowmohani Branch through RASMAC SBI R M S chowmohani Branch. At the time of Loan sanction I have denied to take Insurance coverage against my Loan sanction amount and the loan was sanction without Insurance coverage. But in the Month of March 2017, I have seen that Rs 7716/- was deducted from my Loan account as a "DEBIT ADJUSTMENT INSURANCE PREMIUM" without any intimation officially nor they have communicate to me by any means. That type of work is a Violation as per my understanding because before they have sanction Loan they have collected all the documents along with all official procedure which are required to sanction. We have a bank account with SBI with full trust and faith but that type of deduction create a conflict in our mind how we can trust bank due to their that type of activity. They have not stop here but they also issue insurance certificate without deliver it to the concern Insured Person, unfortunately I have visited to the branch of SBI bank and the insurance company to collect it, but unable to get it due to absent of the concern person, than I request them to deliver a scan copy of the same to my email address and I have receive the certificate from my email. After getting certificate I have seen name of the Insured person name also not correctly printer nor they have mentioned the address correctly i.e., which address they have written over certificate that also wrong. I am strongly request you take appropriate action against the SBI branch authority and recover the deducted amount as I am not interested over such type of insurance.
