Please explain me below points and let me known when will I am going to get solution?
After inquiring online for DTH I got call from your Airtel customer care Rajesh on 23rd may 2018 and he offered me plan for 1590 with base pack free for one month and HD pack free for 3month and all sports channels will be available he confirmed me.Below message with customer I'd I received
"Booking details for your airtel digitalTV Customer ID 3025982087: Order no: 21990075,Pack name: South New Mega HD 1M Rep Day,Validity: 30 days,Rent after validity period: Rs477/month". Based on this message on 23rd may 2018 , new dish installation connection was given gohead and on 24th may 2018 engineer came and installed same around 1:45 pm and completed same till 3:30 pm and he ask me to wait for account to get active for 45min.At around 3:30 pm on 24th may 2018 with whose permission customer I'd was cancelled and below message was send
"Dear Customer, as per your request, your order for Airtel DigitalTV ID 3025982087 bearing order no. 21990075 has been cancelled. Please call 12150 from airtel mobile for more details."When engineer was send for installation why was multiple time customer care kept calling for new connection.With whose permission new customer I'd was created at 5:35 pm
"FREE SERVICES 1M has been activated on your airtel digitalTV ID 3025981853. You would be charged Rs.0. To know your a/c details, give a missed call to 8130081300 from your registered mobile." Because of this new customer id Airtel has activated package as per there own convienience and original package of HD for 3mnth and all sports channels activation was never done. I have been following same from 24th may 2018 but till today no result for same.On top of that your customer care continuously disturbed due to which there was direct impact on work, this kind of customer service is not expected from Airtel.If this issue is not resolved by tommorow I am put on social media and launch a official consumer court complaint . I also need my reimbursement for the loss I have suffered because of your this harassment as this has directly impacted my work.
