I have complained for connection slow browsing on 1 sept 2018 and the engineer came to my house and wasted my 1 hour and did nothing and told me that it would be done next day. Now again I cmade complaint and he visited my house and sat for 2.5 hours just checking the speed when I pointed out he took out my modem and fitted another modem whivh he brought in and the connection stopped working. And then he took his modem and fitted my previous modem again and the connection which was working at slow speed stopped working. Now almost 5 days paased and till date I did not get any solution.
