14812203424 is my online shopping order no by Snapdeal I ordered a redmi note 3 32 GB silver on 24 Aug 2016 and delivered by 26 Aug I placed a replacement request on 28 Aug 2016 because my phone is overheating due to which my original adaptor of redmi note 3 was sparked and damaged and Snapdeal says go and visit service centre instead of my product replaced or refund my money they told me to visit service centre. What the hell ??customer executive to or bhi chutiya h kabhi kehte h product pick up Kara rhe h email bhi bhejte h or phir kehte h sorry service centre jaoo service centre me Jane ka MATLAB 1 month I simply my refund from Snapdeal nothing else. After paying 12000 rs for this product new product why should I go to service centre simply refund my product
