Hi,
My airtel number is 9771408773. I use a Airtel Postpaid corporate mobile,I try to transfer an amount of Rs.10000 in my Airtel money wallet (9771408773) from my SBI credit card on dated 21-09-2017 but network error happened at the same time due to this my transaction got to failed and also got the receive massage from airtel that my transaction is failed but the amount has been debited from my SBI credit card and the but the same amount has credited in our company - Optiemus Infracom Limited Airtel account number -102-102179169 which is My Corporate Mobile Number.
After that i have so many times complained to Airtel by Mail & by phone but they have not refund my amount on till date.
I request you please refund my amount which has wrongly paid to my airtel corporate mobile bill.
