INDIGO flight Checkin not allowed journey from mumbai to ahmedabad

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is in the reference of my journey from mumbai to ahmedabad INDIGO flight 6E433 which departure time was 21:00 hrs from mumbai , we had reached at Airport sharp 45 minutes before but they had not allowed us to check-in even though we have no baggage , only having handbag so we could enter in flight directly but they destroyed the time in arguement.

Due to the same we have booked the GOAIR flight which cost was rs 5600 as well as our connecting bus from ahmedabad to jamnagar ( Patel travels TIN:TK4N53954282 pnr-56521001 seat no-H lower & C upper time 11:40 Pm) has been left which cost was Rs 1320 as well as we were unable to attend our job which cost is 2400 for both per day so we claim on indigo to reimburse us our lossses due to indigo is Rs 9320.
We request to consumare court to file the case on them .
