I have booked 3 tickets from MMT for 16/march/2017 from Mumbai to Delhi (INDIGO AIR) . i have booked the flight of 1:55. when i reached at the airport and gave the online PNR for the tickets collection i have told that the flight has been already gone as the timing has been changed to 1:35.
i have already booked a complaint to the MMT regarding the same and ref id of the same is 170316-029464.
i had received the message regarding the time change around 1:52 from MMT.
i did not receive any information on or before 1:30 from neither MMT nor INDIGO itself. now processed refund amount processed is 654 RS. which can not be justify at all, it was not my mistake refund should be complete booking amount.
