Hello,
I have purchase medical policy of worth Rs. 11990 from bharat health care, and I received card also but name on card are wrong spelled and since then i am getting nonresponse from them,
They are not providing policy documents and no receipt against policy.
There is one mobile number provided to contact 9645198050.
Every time I called them, they said, we are sending you documents but never sending anything.
Please help me out to get the refund back.
