My name Sanjeev Jain, H.No. 1844/2 Sports market wali Gali , Arya Smaj Chowk-Bathinda Punjab, I have purchased Inalsa Wonder Maxie plus food processor with 5 year warranty in last 3 years I have repaired it almost 15 times at service centre due to may be defective piece in manufacturing. This month their product one jar blasted in my kitchen thanks god no damage to my wife and girl child. Written complaint done to email ID of Inalsa ,they give positive response and talk very sweetly later on refused to do anything and advised us to do whatever we want to do . I have talked so many time to company GM Mr. Pankaj Gupta Ph. 9212172080, their Delhi Office: 01204016200.Their attitude towards supplying a bad product is very bad because it’s a big company of 100 crores and in their mind the customers earned hard money is of no value. Please help me and all others Indians who are suffering from the product of INALSA Brand.

I have waisted my Rs 5500 / - mental disturbance and energy by visiting to their service centre for repair from last 3 years with no burden to company saying Jo Karna H Kar Lo. I request all to Suggest me for punishing such type of company suppling Bad quality products to consumers.

    we purchased wonder food processor- inalsa make about 2 ears back. When opened box in presence of technician/engineer, there were problems which got to be changed .. due to inconvenient use... we hardly used the processor in 2 years and we have to come back to 20 years old Maharaja mixie ... handle plastic had cracks from begning .... rotation of big plastic jar was always a problem ..... recently my wife while switched on the machine there was heavy sparking through transparent plastic indicating some problem with motor ... I had to take the machine to only service center in Dehradun ... person ther told me there is no problem with motor (which has 5 year warranty) only main switch is to be changed ... i was promised repair by next day ... i went after 3 days after confirming ... the problem was still there ... expert there told me ... motor has problem... has to be changed ... will be done in days ... after 3 days i call on phone ... advised to wait ... spare part is indented to Ghaziabad ...yet to be released ... will get delivered at given address ... since then i have been waiting to receive ... god knows what new problem is waiting ... my job is such i can not afford this much time ......
