Delivery boy harassed consumer complain against amazon website

Amazon's courier man, I don't know his name. But the phone number is +91-8697628999. On the day when amazon sends texts saying that the package is out for delivery I keep the amount of money ready and my mother stays at home even if she need to go to shop or go out, so that the courier man does not have to return back. Yesterday was the day when the package was to be delivered. But a text came at noon saying that the addressee was not available. Just then I called Amazon customer service and said that I am in my home from the very morning. The courier man neither came at my doors nor he called me if there were any trouble finding my house. He said that he is sending request to deliver it again. Today at the morning another text came saying that it will be delivered today. I myself stayed in my home from the morning. No delivery came and now another text came saying that the package was refused at the time of delivery. And now when I tracked my order I saw that there was a return request for that item made by the delivery boy.
This same thing have with my previous ORDER # 402-3018511-8930731. Amazon texts the delivery boy's phone number when they texts that the item is out for delivery. From there I got to know that the man who harassed us in this delivery is the same guy who did the same for the previous one.
Please help me out here. I am not receiving my items I have bought.

I applied for return of item but Amazon agent assigned to pickup though visited to my home but refused to pickup the item very arrogantly without any genuine reason.
Hence, i am compel to lodge a complaint against amazon/agent. I once again request to Amazon to take back the item and refund the money.

On the day when amazon sends texts saying that the package is out for delivery I keep the amount of money ready I had ordered the package at my office address which is 10AM to 6PM.I called 6 times on Amazon customer helping number and said that please get the delivery done before 6 pm and call the delivery boy Called the delivery boy at 3 o'clock, he told me to come at 6 o'clock and then I called again at 6 o'clock, he says that madam will be able to come by 7.30 when I call at 7.30, then says that I do not know how much time will go and then at 9.30 at night, he calls me after reaching my office address. When delivery is seen between 10am to 6pm on Amazon's app pay office address, why does the delivery boy come at 9.30am? The second day I again understood that today your package is going to arrive, so I called that delivery boy many times from the beginning but did not get any response. How dirty service is provided, I will never buy anything from Amazon in future. very disappointed
