Provided Poor Service registered my complaint on 19/10/2016 for my Toshiba LED TV
I registered my complaint on 19/10/2016 for my Toshiba LED TV.
My complaint no. is TIPLSRXH/0030767. Service Engineer come to home on 26/10/2016 and tell your LED penal is faulty, so it will be replaced. After calling so many times, Service person finaly take the LED for service on 28/11/2016 and returned it on 3/12/2016 telling that your Penal got changed & TV is OK now. When I switch on the TV, showed that it is showing the same problem & now it has an other problem also. To see the TV, I have to stand on my head, only then I can see the picture. When I complained again to service center, they told me to that don't worry sir we will take the LED back on Monday (5/12/2016). Till now no one comes to me. When I call them on provided contact nos. (08130892876/01244414150/7011802643/ 8586096710) No one replies.
