2nd time Problem with Panel, I am very disappointed and tired

Hi,

As I have to do this email because i have not got prompt and timely service from company like Panasonic. I am very disappointed and tired of taking follow up since last one month still not got proper answer since 4th Aug'2017. Please find the following mail trial.

I have complained on 4th of Aug 2017.but still i got an answer from your official like we did not have panel available in the company stock further argument they give reason like company can not give promise that panel is available till next one year may be or possibly it is not available because in just 2 year my TV set becomes old. could you please explain me a definition of old age TV?

Last time i got response with in two days and this time it took same for since last one month. we have communicated to panasonic helpline around 100 times but after 3 min. they simply cut the phone i have recorded such phone call for further proceedings. after that i called a local vendor who is also not taking any responsibility of my TV set. then why Panasonic give an agency to such non authorised dealers who can not take decision. On the other way we took follow up from local agency, I have communicated bottom level to top level at the Gujarat level executive, they provide me solution in terms of commerce. but my question is
IS Panasonic made TV set having life of 1 year. because in two year i got two complaints related to product.

I have connected to below mentioned person till now and ready to escalate the same to India level executive wanted to hear the same from them as well. Need a prompt response from your level.

I have mainly communicated with this people to get proper solution but still they are interested in doing business by offering me a new TV set with the 8000 amout stating that commercial solution. so i also can offer the same to them replace me a panel or TV with no cost or let me talk to Panasonic direct.

Need prompt and accurate answer as i will report such incident to Consumer foram after this email.

just looking to my case i have also customer who are already raised an incident related to TV all over the world.

Hello Team,

This is in the context of below mentioned issue occurred exact one year back from the date today. Possibly the issue remains same as mentioned below, but as my last experience with the customer care i don't want to go in detailing,for which please go through below mail.

But i want to say like with in one more year again my TV set facing the same problem having surprise in my eyes. As I heard from last customer executive from Panasonic who repaired my TV has truly said about product that the same model is having same problem. i don't know about that as well but i think this product is having the some issue in its functioning. so company has to deal with so many sets having the same response.

Please provide your feedback in terms of TV replacement or get it repaired with in stipulated time frame. As i don't have time for every year TV shut down in go through your customer care and spend hours for same reply related to repair and replace. Expecting best customer service in verbal and Written communication related to complain raised.

However, i have already raise a concern on customer care request no: R020817204382.

Hello Team,

It is very disappointing to receive this kind of response and product from Company like Panasonic.

I don't want to follow the hierarchy as local area manager sent a technician and told about the expenses. As i have clearly told to replace or repair with prompt promise from your side mentioning quality and no cost(not even service charge).

Could you please let me know the concern person with contact details for my money back as i have already checked world wide failure about your product. I have already talked last time with your territory office and also got service with service charge. but now i am fade up with the product and i want a better replacement of the product(Not the same model/latest model).

Consider my email seriously in terms of image of the company and further business growth. please forward this email to authorized personal who can take decision and having the right to implement the same.

Looking forward this is my last email to the company as i have already copied this to consumer forum. I don't want to go in any such expense detail or service charge. Last time also we go through hierarchy but after so much stress we got repaired our TV set but with in a year it shut again.

So now i don't want to continue to use television set, kindly replace it or repaired it on the condition of zero charge.
