COMPLAINT WITH QUADRANT TELEVENTURES LTD WIFI218240 WRONG BILLING

Please be advised that I Rajat Kumar Rai was using QUADRANT TELEVENTURES LTD (formerly known as HFCL Infotel Ltd) - Connect Broadband - WIFI218240 , for which they disconnected the connection on 13-September-2017 vide Material Receipt Book - Receipt NO.LDH658622, and I was able to use the net service till then, but on the next month bill sent was having full amount @ INR 612 (Bill no.38811975 - Bill Period - 01-Sep-2017 - 30-Sep-2017) which set no logic if service provided till 13-Sep-2017 that too not for full day. And after my many mails for revised bill upto 12-Sep-2017, they have sent only two mail that too automated reply. Now Connect Broadband representative calling us and warning us that case has been filed against you and you have to visit court for the same, without knowing the fact that they are only responsible for the misunderstanding,as I am ready to pay the charges for the time period service render to me. Now I'm seriously feeling exhausted because of this and feeling insulted as well as headache a lot. So in this regard, I want to file the case against QUADRANT TELEVENTURES LTD (formerly known as HFCL Infotel Ltd) - Connect Broadband Team for the negligence , mental harassment and insult towards me for the error of there own.

I am subscriber to Connect Broadbanb and landline number 1645010901. On 28.04.20 I requested vide docket number 19664070to shift the said connection within the same locality in Bathinda city. On 04.5.05.20 an engineer visited my new place of residence and declared non availability of DP and as such the connection coulld not be transferred. I immediately mailed them to discontinue the service and I started looking for another service provider. But in the evening two representatives from the Connect Broadbanb service visited my residence and agreed to start the service from my new place of residence but demanded two months'rent in advance. As I was not at home at that I agreed and arranged them the demanded money but in the evening to my utter surprise, I found that the connection had been changed from Optic fibre connection to DSL with speed 1/10th of the speed, I was earlier getting but with same subscription fee. Moreover, my phone number has also been changed. I require my money full back and discontinuance of service by them.
