Complaint regrading OLA service Extra collection parking charges

CRN503873180, 24 December, 2016: I had to pay the bill which included parking charge but we have boarded beyond 200 m away from Hatia railway station, Ranchi. When I booked, driver informed me that he is near Birsa Chowk and advised me to come forward direction so that parking/toll fee will not be charged. Accordingly, after walking about 250 m from the station we were waiting for the car which reached from Birsa Chowk after 10 minutes, we boarded and nobody collected parking charge. After reaching destination, I had to pay Rs.255 which included parking charges. The driver was also surprised and he tried to contact the authorities but failed. Lastly, he contacted his owner. The owner gave me a phone number of local ola authority 8092878155. I talked to the authority but he showed his inability with rude manner.
This is a regular practice of ola cab billing system. On 12.12.2016 (CRN488584417)while going to Hatia Rly station driver took parking charge in cash separately and the bill which also included parking charge again that means I paid the parking fee twice which has also been reported in the apps.
So, kindly look into the matter and rectify accordingly. Kindly let me know the resolution.
