Dear Sir,
I had booked a Power bank on 3.6.2016 which was cancelled on 6.6.2016 and mail communications have been sent.. but no response from bookmyoffers team.
So kindly help us in getting our refund back at the eariliest.

order no: 080467703427268 but,the product is damage and not working also it seems like a used material,so this is my request return or replace it ,already i have send mails and made calls to your customer care but getting no response in than i may have to enlist a complain to consumer forum against your company.
