Didn't get the benefits mentioned in the recharge summary

I,Snehil Sharma recharged my phone(779994154) with internet data pack of rs.159 on 8th of January,2017.
It was told that benefits of that plan would be unlimited 3G/4G for 28 days with 2GB data at 3G/4G speed and after that unlimited data with speed of 64kbps. So after the completion of 2GB data they(Airtel) started charging me on my main balance and after sometime that too was done with. I got by talktime balance as 0 rs. with no internet data available. So I called their costumer care on 121 and acknowledged them with my problem. I talked with one S. Tripathy. He redeemed my talktime balance though which was charged after my 2GB data was finished, but the other part i.e. unlimited data at 64kbps was not. He told me that it will be reflected in my account by 17th of jan but still there is no internet balance on my phone. Please help me on this.
