Complaint Against / To : One MobiKwik Systems Private Limited

On 21st december 2016, I have made mobikwik transaction in Big Bazaaar (Future Retails) of amount 1742.53, with mobikwik order no. 48392112201600769646. I have suppose to receive 220 Rs cash back in mobikwik wallet, But it has been 18 days since i have not received any cash back, Mobikwik is not responding to my tickets raised and they dont have customer care, when i call the number mentioned in website (+91-94664-46644, +91-93139-25342), it is either switched off or nobody is responding. This is the customer protection receiving from wallet companies. I should say, government should ban wallet companies, who cannot respond to consumer grievance within 48hrs.
