I had come to the passport office for passport renewal.there are 3 counters-A,B,C.i managed to clear counter A,B in 15 mins while at counter C there were 4 tables out of which 3 employees were absent and the only 1 present was not on his table and denied to work.While I ask the reason he said it is his wish.In a democratic country where we pay all the taxes we are not getting the services.
