Complaint Against / To : Book My Offer

I had ordered Samsung power bank 25000 mah on 27th November 2016 and delivered on 1st December 2016. After opening I found that sansumg power bank was 20000mah instead of 25000 mah. On the same day evening when I started using it was not working. On 2 and December I called them on there given numbers but after some time call got disconnected every time and it is continuing till now. On 4th December 2016 I sent a mail to them on there e-mail id given on website. But till now there is no response from their side. After 2-3 days I again wrote a complaint in complaint box given on their website but still no reply received. I am enclosing photo of the product and bill with this but uploading of photo is getting failed. I can produce bill and product as proof if needed. So please help me out in this matter.
