Mobile screen replacement with faulty screen + fake information & commitment+ non issue of bill

I with my wife visited the shop "akash mobile mart" 6-b model town, main market, jalandhar for rectification of phone touch problem (htc desire 516 dual sim) on 07/08/2016. The salesman "vikas" attended us and told that firstly they'll check the problem & try to rectify with software update & if not possible they'll call us to provide new mobile screen in original of brand htc desire 516 & assured us if any problem existed within 1-2 days, they'll return our mobile with old screen in previous condition. So on behalf of his wording we handed over our phone to rectify the touch problem & they gave their visiting card in receipt of our phone with "sr no. 56" in writing (written back side of visiting card).

Next day i.E. 08/08/2016, i received a call from "akash mobile mart" that mobile touch screen is faulty and it'll charge rs 2000/- to replace with new one. After this we collected the phone with new display screen but the screen was dim & bluish in color. We asked and they told that some difference always exists, nothing to worry for, touch screen will work perfectly as it is the original one as provided by the company, use it for 1-2 days (with instruction don't remove the temporary screen protector sheet), if any problem will be there they'll take back their screen. So in good faith we collected our phone with payment of rs 2000/- & after payment when we asked for bill, the owner 'akash bajaj" said that they do not provide bill & when we insisted, he said today accountant is not there, you can collect the bill tomorrow.

Now today i.E 09/08/2016, the mobile's new touch screen stopped working. We took our phone back to the shop & asked them to replace this screen with the old one as per their commitment & refund of our money i.E. Rs 2000/- (as we found the product is defective, poor in quality & will not last for even few days). The owner and the salesman "vikas" totally refused to do the same. They asked to get it replace with this same type of screen with no guarantee (i.E if screen again becomes faulty the next day, they'll not be liable for replacement). At this point of time we came to know that this is just the imitation of htc desire 516 screen. When we stressfully asked, "vikas" said he'll refund our money in case we give our handset to him in return of that (and we refused). After that the owner provided our old screen back in broken condition in our hands and said that the dealing person who dealt with us on his shop i.E. "vikas" is not his salesman & upon his commitment he'll not refund our money in any case. This time again we asked for our bill. He totally denied his wordings to collect our bill i.E on today as he committed us on yesterday and told that they do not provide bills to any customer on his shop.

We have totally being cheated and bear a loss of rs 2000/-. These people are carrying out unfair trade practice and harassing the customers with wrong information & selling products with poor quality.
