Complaint regrading worst services given samsung j 2

This is in regards to the complaint Samsung handset bearing model no- SM-J200GZWDINS and serial no- RZ8H10HEHWF
Complaint regarding poor services provided by Samsung J2, After 5-6 months mobile had charging issue, I approach to gallery for the same they promised to replaced battery (mobile is in warranty) it took more than two days to jst replace battery (ticket no. Bill no. 4220885963, 3/09/2016 - Service center name: DEEPAK TELECOM, Code number: 4200038), After five -six days called me in the gallery to take data backup, I took back up and waited more than two hrs in d gallery - khar, and @ 8.00 pm they said it wasnt resolved yet. dont think just battery change took so long, So I took back my phone in dead condition. Complaint at the Samsung executive office, they took some action and told me to resubmit phone in the gallery, I do so (ticket no.4221663590 dtd.16-9-2016) as I submitted phone for battery issue, but they come up with the new issue that the phone had lcd issue and next day I received a call from office that the phone had mother board issue and also had water lodge problem. And I had to pay Rs. 4500 for the repairs. So I had few email complaints with executive office they come up with solution that I have to pay 50% of the charges (email attached from Mr. Narendra & Rakesh).

Therefore, we request you to bear with our efforts to serve you better by allowing us to repair your unit on a chargeable basis.

As per earlier conversation we also proposed you 50 discount on total repair cost as one time gesture of goodwill.

This proposal is valid for 7 days only from today 22-09-2016 )

I agrees to pay 50% and visited to gallery on 29th Sep. 2016, but the gallery manager says to pay full amount of repairs because they didn’t received any confirmation from the Samsung executive office, and also says that Mr.Narendra refuses the proposal. What kind of services is this. So please guide what could be done in this case. The phone is still in the gallery.
