Unfortunately, I was a customer of Tikona,
Customer ID :- 1115819336.
I had terminate of the my internet Connection 2 months ago by verbal & writing ( reference mail dated 10 December 2016 to customercare@tikona.in )
I did many follow ups with Tikona customer care but I haven't received satisfactory & have mailed for disconnection, but they are not disconnecting it and keep on sending a new bill every months.
Lot of time I called them numerous times and requested to cancel the connection but in vain as they did not pay any heed to my request.
last 2 week's, somebody called from Tikona billing department ,said that pay your balance amount otherwise we will come in your home and forced.
It is a fraud company. It should be banned. And please help me.
