No internet connection-- Cheating Customers to a higher level

General reson for taking internet connection for any one :
people take internet connection at home so that they do not have to rush to cafe when they have work.
My Issue:
i took vainavi Broadband connection 10 days ago for 6 months plan.
The internet connection goes on and off regularly. if we call customer care regarding this these bloddy fellows say there is fiber cut so it will take 2-3 days of time but this is not the case. these people are lying and misleading the customers. how is this possible that daily there will be a fiber cut only during the night times.
Vainavi dosen't have the capability of maintaining the broadband service. they can only cheat the customers.they say we will send our technical executive but they will not do so.
i reside at Magdum nagar Near jagadgirigutta substation. There are many people who use this broadband.
also if you need further details regarding the services of vainavi there are many people who are using this in our area try contacting them.
Can Some one forward this issue and take a strong action aganist vainavi
