Respected sir/madam, Till now no update of d2h account. You sent mail about update of account.The error is- insufficient balance or channel may not subscribe d. Since last month , I am very much disturbed due to your service. 1.No response from customercare(07355873558). 2.Request a call - no use 3.Refresh command- no use 4.Without base pack,only add ons can be recharged ( as you said it last month)-no use On 12th july ,200 rs. amount recharged through login to d2h account. Waiting for 15 min., by login account refreshed for 3 to 4 times -no use. 5.Several times I tried to select add ons without base pack(as you mentioned earlier)-no use 6.As per your today mail, account balance is 187.90( the recharge is done for 200.) 7.I have requested procedure for closing d2h account- no use. Are you waiting to overflow my patience ? Now waiting for your quick reply so as to process further . Regards, Yogiraj Sarage Mo.9011025987
