I placed an order in Myntra on 13th april and paid through mobikwik wallet using mobile no 9547654499.But due to some reason i cancelled that order same day.Myntra are saying that they refunded the money in my same mobikwik wallet but money is not reflecting in my mobikwik wallet.

Myntra had self cancelled my order for my no 8949814208 and has claimed technical error for cancellation of my order. And now the pricing of the order has also changed. They have no right to cancel my order.

It's been more than two weeks now I have requested a return request for one of my order. I had requested the return for facing quality issue. The material is too thin, a bit translucent and there was a spot underside the skirt. I didn't find value for the price I paid for it. So around two weeks ago one of the myntra deliver boy picked up my product and later it was put on hold for not passing quality check. I know that there is a mark under side the skirt, thats why I am returning it. Later that day I communicated with myntra customer care and they had placed a complaint against it and assured me that they will pick up my product on or before 11 th of JULY. Today, on 11th of july a myntra deliver boy came to our door and said to my mother that he can't pick that as they didn't get the approval.
At the end of the day I called him and he told me that he didn't get the approval to pickup my product and to file a complain again.
So my question is Why did he came when he didn't get the approval? And why did myntra gave us fake promise to return it by 11th?
And the amazing fact was that myntra is now showing that my product is on hold gain as it didn't pass the quality checkup, where the parcel is with me only. So where the question arises of failing the quality checkup?
It's been more than 2 weeks now of placing the return request and around 3 weeks that I am having the product.
Myntra promised me of returning it back, now I am stucked with a product which I can't even wear for its transparent property.
I just want to know that did Myntra scammed us or is it the problem with the delivery boy who refuses to take back the product each and every time and is lying to me?
P.S. The product was a skirt which I should wear during a pooja at friends house and was unable to wear it.
I didn't even wore it outside that it can get marks and dirt. And it is with all tags and packet.
If it's possible then please return it back because it's of no use.
And please change the deliver address to 'N-31 Baishnabghata Patuli township, Kolkata 700094' in the name of Prantik Roy Choudhury, as I don't want to pick it up from the old address by the old myntra deliver boy who will again refuse to take it back.

I have ordered a track pant from Myntra on 02.01.2018 by making payment from my phonepe wallet .
The expected delivery date was on 11.02.1018. But i did not get my product on that day. After that the delivery date reached to 16.02.2018. But still now i did not get my product.
I raised a lot of complain to myntra. But they did not listen to me.
Now they are telling that they cant say the exact date of delivery.
The most surprising thing is that the product is dispatching from banglore and will be delivered to bangalore which is my location.
It has been already crossed 15 days . But still now i did not get my product.
Right now i have no option. I dont know whether i will get my product or not.
Thats why i came to this forum and raised a complain. Kindly plz solve my problem.i will be reamained ever grateful to u.

I am a frequent buyer for Myntra online. Recently i ordered few items, out of which 2 items supposed to be delivered in one package (Order No: 1069430-9393218-1620501). When the package got delivered, it had billing details for 2 items, but only 1 item was present in the package. The delivery person delivers and gets disappear. After that if you find any missing item inside the sealed package, Myntra does not refund money for the missing Item, which is what exactly happened to me. So bottomline is, you will get cheated and helpless, as the final verdict is from Myntra. I lost 901.63 INR, just by clicking on the buy button and never thought that they could cheat me by not delivering the product. Be aware, It may happen to you as well.

The below order was placed by me on try and buy basis. But upon arrival the delivery man refused permission for a trial and forced me to buy by payment and advised me that if dosent suit i can return it with in 30 days. I have no option then accepting it and paid the money and took the parel.
But to my surprise, the size is not as per the chart and both the footwear did not suit me. I returned it immediately and the pack was accepted and refund processed. I got a msg that the refund is credited to my myntra credit.
Why should it go to Myntra credit and this is my first purchase and I will not have any purchase for some more time as I am out of India . I come to india only once in a year.
Kindly help me to get the refund

Bitter experience of my life is dealing with Myntra for my refund. Today is the seventh time that I have been waiting for the delivery boy to come & collect the item so that I can get my money back but without any intimation he has updated that return could not be possible. But why? Whose fault is this?
I am tired of complaining several times to Myntra and now I am pissed off. My mail box is full of myntra’s complaint confirmation and failing to pick mails.
It is my hard earned money, does not matter whether it is just 100 rs or 1000 or 10000. I just need my money back. Myntra is not taking any action against that third party vendor and its service after complaining several times. Amazon is 101% better than Myntra which I have realized and I can assure you that you are going to lose a number of customers soon. If someday Myntra will offer 95% discount, then also I will never ever going to be fascinated again.
