1. | MD. Khurshid Alam informed me that this is a new and different concept offered by the company known as “Ownership” and it is different from the “Season” Concept. The members under “Ownership” will have added advantages of availability of resorts throughout the year without any consideration for the Season (Purple, Red, White and Blue).
| The Documents received from the Great Holiday Club says that this is the Membership of Blue Season which is the lowest season having no advantages. This is an off season and most of the times Resort Booking is not available during this season. MD Khurshid Alam befooled us by giving us a misleading information. |
2. | MD. Khurshid Alam informed me that The Great Holiday Club Offers a free pick-up and free drop facility to its members. | The Customer Care Centre representatives told that there is no such facility available to the members. |
3. | MD. Khurshid Alam informed me that The Great Holiday Club Offers local transportation facilities to its members and members will be required to pay only for the fuel cost. The Vehicle and the Driver will be provided to the members free of charges. | The Customer Care Centre representatives told that there is no such facility available to the members. |
4. | The Tele-caller and the representatives of the Great Holiday Club informed me that the Gift Voucher is free | Now the Great Holiday Club demands Rs.3000/= for availing that so called Gift Voucher. This is an example of sheer cheating. |

I am member of "Azure vacation leisure & holiday club" for 25 years. Office of this club is located at basement of Park avenue resort.
This club is giving lots of promise at the time of membership marketing like confirm booking within one day before check in, pickup and drop facility from hotel, 10 holiday credit points per day booking, free holiday week and one time 100/bonus credit points and many more.
This is my 1st booking request raised on 11 april 2016 for hiliday booking
Now they are come out with hidden rules and cheat there members by not providing booking as per request.
Official website www.azurevacation.net is having lots of wrong information like contact no, fake list of resorts, support team is worst in resolving and respond on quarry.
Only one lady who is responsible for booking and she (ms.Rajita) always kept her mobile switched off mode.
MD of this company ms.Mahi and Mr.Ravi naik is also not coming up for there customer support.
I am suffering from last 22 days for booking request confirmation and till date no result.
I have paid Rs 135,000.00 for member ship + 9,576.00/for maintenance charge till date. (Total paid amount Rs 144,576.00/till date).
I request you to help me for refund of this amount as there are not giving services as per commitment.

I with wife were called for presentation but we were introduced to kurshid alam who was very rude and we amazed by his behavior and on the other had he was blaming us that we are rude to him.
I don't understand is this the way to promote your business it seems we are in ISIS surroundings

I had taken the ownership of GREAT HOLIDAY CLUB and i had planned southern parts of Asia namely Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. Representing GHC n consulting by Mr Rehan for the entire trip. With his excellent demeanour he managed the entire trip hassle free for us. It was a true vacation by all means. Although our group had certain minor problems, these were not exacerbated thanks to Mr Rehan. Apart for the usual skills honed by an average tour manager, Good Job GHC for arranging all the food and hotels perfectly. The itinerary was brilliantly written and planned flawlessly by GHC through DAE and Mr Rehan executed it absolutely fantastically. Personally I had an amazing experience travelling with GHC and my total expenditure was only 65000/- for 7nights & 8days including stay air fare fooding,sightseeing.

I am very sorry for having a membership of great holiday club for a trial I purchase a plan for 3 years @27000 for 3 trip 6days 7 night but as I signed the docu. Call from head Office shocked me sorry you have purchased for 2 yrs 2 booking you have to pay extra charges for 7500/- per yr you have own arrangement of pick & draw. Only breakfast will given lunch dinner is not included. I am totally disappointed with Mr. Sudhir sales person of great holiday club & the management team of great holiday club why they give customer fraud.as I received this call with in min. I decide to cancell the membership but they amount is not paid to you because 20000 have to pay for the signing the set up as I had cancel this with in 4 th days.
I am very disappoint. I have no choice.

Great holiday club is a cheapest company.. I wonder how Ministry of tourism , India and ISO certify it. Even after so many complaints from consumers , it is continuously fooling people by making fake promises, explaining terms and conditions after debiting money, seems promoting you to cancel the membership and take huge amount of charges in the form of administrative fees. I request everyone not to promote this cheapest form of business and officials should make a note of such malpractices and act. Please introduce negative rating scale also for such companies.

The great holiday club is a big cheater at the time of membership they would offer many fraudulent commitments and there after their officials would disappear stating that they have left the company.
I am sufferer of this please donot fall into their trap. entire company and all their members are fraud .

There is one person who has joined me his name is Nakul.he has given us movie tickets vroucher and parlour coupon as complimentary.but whenever I have call for the same then he has told me that today not possible or today is weekend.yaar movie dekhne hum weekend hi jaynge na ki bich mien kbi bhi ......they are liers.... I was given repeated assurances of providing free vouchers from the said club. I did ignored the same but after repeated assurances of not being fake and fraud, I visited there office. To my shock n surprise, only one travel voucher was given for which we were supposed to pay and remaining voucher were supposed to be given in few days. I tried to inquire about the same from the agents but they were so rude and did not behaved properly.
This club is a total fraud and makes false assurances. Agents are very rude.
Dont waste your time and money in this type of fraud club.
