i have bought a phone lenovo zuke z2 on 28 sept 2016 having invoice numberKA-BLR5-67791461-596692 ORDER NUMBER 404-2035712-8240361
I GOT A DEFECTIVE SOFTWARE PHONE WHICH WA INTIALLY HABGS AD THEN DONT WOK AT ALL I HAVE SPENT 20000 OR SAME BUT AMAZON SAY THEY CANNOT REPLACE I HAVE TO G FOR LENOVO CARE AN CHEK TH PHOE DONE BUT I HAVE GONE T SAME FROM SHIMLA TO CHANDOGARH THEY SAY SOFTWARE HAS CERTAIN PROBLEM AND THEY CANNOT GET IT DONE SOI AME BACK AFER SPEDING Y MONEY ON PHONE AN ALSO ON TRAVELLING TO CHANDIGARH FOR CORECTING THE PHONEBUT ALL VAIN THN ATERTHAT THE AMAZON SAY THEY CANT HELP I HAVE TO MAKE T CORECTFROM LENOVOCARE SO I OT A NUMBER OF SHIMLA LENOVO CARE AND I GOT THERE THEY GIVE ME A CHPSY REPORT AN AGAN I CALL AMAZON THEY SAY THEY WLL REPLACE IT HAVE T UPLOAD THE COPY OF CHOPSY REPORT I DID SAME BUT THEY SAY THEY DONT UNERSTAND MY PROBLEM
