No replacement against defective AC - Split AC LS19A5CX LLOYED SPLIT AC 1.5 TON 5 STAR

This is with reference to continuous followup with the LLoyd customer care for rectification of the defective new Split AC LS19A5CX LLOYED SPLIT AC 1.5 TON 5 STAR
This is to inform you that after following up with toll free no 1800137781 and area tech lead of Faridabad Mr Anil – 09999408662 for last 21 days, I am writing to you for your immediate action towards replacement/refund of my 1 split AC which I purchased on 29th August 2016.
The model no : LS19A5CX LLOYED SPLIT AC 1.5 TON 5 STAR (2 pieces) vide invoice no 7735 from Gupta Enterprises, 26/26, Gali no 11, Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi -110032.
Lloyd engineers have visited more than 5 times since 4th of May and had tried their level best to resolve the issue, however not able to. When I asked them for replacing the same, they insisted me to talk to the area head Mr.Anil with whom also I have followed up endlessly to get the servicing done despite of his very ill behavior.
Without taking the feedback from the customer, the executives closes the complaint and I had to request again to the customer care for reopening my complaint.
I have an infant of 2 month old. Had a surgery in April and currently on maternity leave. You can make out how difficult it is to manage with an infant where constantly the water is flowing out in the room from the AC.
Please help me to get the replacement/refund of my AC at the earliest.
