Respected Sir,
My Complaint Is against Uncle Parcel Courier Company. My distribute sends me Computer Goods from Uncle Parcel courier. Parcels come from Pune to Mangaon. Transport Company send this material on the Roof of the MSRTC Bus, Roof of bus was open it is not covered and company is saying that we not use any options to pack the roof of bus. Due to heavy rainy season the material becomes wet. So I complaint to courier head office by sending photos of goods and complaint letter on 7 July 2016. As per company rules company request for 90 days to check and solve issued. Company not gives me any reply not a single letter sent by company. When I call to office by telephonic communication now they are saying that we are not responsible for this problem. Company says that we are sending the material on ruff only. And we are not using any option to pack the roof so customer must make necessary requirements.
If the company is running transportation service so company must take necessary responsibility of the goods i.e. Material not to get damaged or wet.
Herewith I attached a copy of complaint letters and photos of goods.

I had sended my parcel on 20november2017 from nanded to parel... My parcel docket no is 171120060414 and I had parcel the mashroom.. today's date is 29november2017 and it's didn't give the delivery it's given so much time to delivery then who will be responsible for my late delivery

I will have complaint about your courier office staffs at MEHKAR BUS STAND DIST BULDANA MAHARASHTRA , MY parcel deposit at him 2 to 3 days ago he do not contact me when I ask reason , that person talk with me aarrogantly , he shout me and when I ask why u do not contact me he tell that it is not his work ,he don't responsible for that. It is very bad experience for me

This is bring to your notice regarding the amount accounted for in the printed bill where there is no mention of laborer charges which was charged at the time of collection of goods , kindly look in the matter revert back as to why the additional charges was required to be paid.

One parcel to 10 kg booked from Akola on 16th Aug- 2018 by 12.Pm for Nagpur & the same is not reached to Nagpur next day , Buses frequency form Akola to Nagpur very high but the Akola office person is not taking care for sending the material to Nagpur after enquiry both the office Akola & Nagpur not giving proper response Regards
