FRAUDULENT COMPANY NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY

I was in Mahabaleshwar on 3rd January 2015 with my family. One unknown person introduced us as CLUB JIVA representative and that time we were totally unaware about the name of Club Jiva. We trusted because they were in the premises of good hotel where we stayed.
He offered me a scratch card and ensure me to get one of the four prizes if I will attend a presentation from CLUB JIVA. He mentioned they are completing 10 years and hence this event is organized. Myself and my wife attended seminar which was more than one hour and we were totally lost about what was happening at that time.
Club Jiva representative offered me various memberships right from 25 years which were costly so I refused but finally they offered me 5 years membership which was very attractive as per them . I was still in dilemma whether to trust and purchase their policy and that moment they promised me that you can cancel your membership and get money refunded if you want. They also offered complementary coupon to check their services which also we never tried. We made payment of amount INR 60000/- thru HSBC credit card.
Due to our tight schedule we could not avail facility in year 2015.
In year 2016 Jan, we enquired with them for Jammu-Kashmir trip- hotel booking but they responded that they do not have facility at that location. I wrote them that their service is disappointing but no reply we received.
In May 2016 due to my wife’s health issue I requested them to cancel my membership and refund the amount Rs 60000/- paid to them . At that moment only I realized truth, when got shocking reply that Club Jiva cannot refund, as policy is non-refundable and non-cancellable. Then after we started communication continuously on phone with their representative in Mumbai their head office as address below

Many ladies Nisha, Neha, Simmi attended me and whenever asked to connect with their decision maker Mangers, always excuses were given that the Madam Ms Simmi /Ms Meena Sharma are not available.
We never understood why customer issue handling department and responsible person always absent to attend issues of customers.
Ultimately anyhow I reached to Ms. Simmi when she listened to me but, responded refund not possible.
After many phone calls she mentioned that Club Jiva can extend your policy if required as starting from 2017 onwards. But when I refused it, then she made some calculation and told me that Club Jiva will pay you INR 30000/- and 2 years you can avail policy.
In month of June –July 16 I was busy as my wife undergone some medical treatment. Again mid of July I started communicating with Club Jiva and understood that Ms Simmi has left the job and now Ms Meena Sharma is handling this position. Ms. Meena Sharma attended me once & promised that she will look into the matter and asked me to resend mail once again. Even after 15-20 days we did not receive reply so we tried to contact her but the same story continued and we received same response from customer care officers that Ms Meena is not available.
Then after when explored on net I understood the real story of Club Jiva and realised that I have got trapped with fraud Company called Club Jiva.
Right from May 2016, I am chasing Club Jiva to refund my own money INR 60000/- which they have utilized for last 1.5 years and in fact so far I have not used membership facility for a single time.

Club Jiva is openly cheating people and compelling the trapped people to go along with them when they are not interested. In this way Club Jiva is humiliation and torturing people without any reason.
They have trapped many educated professional people right from Doctors, Advocates, Engineers and Businessmen.
We have now connected with lot of people and with their experience with Club Jiva which will become very useful in future once we go for police complaint and legal action.
Now there is no any reason that I should remain connected with Club Jiva but I need my money back as it is my money.
