Complaint against Maruti Insurance, insurance policy of car from Royal Sundram

It is to state that I have an insurance policy of car from Royal Sundram through Maruti Insurance (Policy No. MOP3751321). When my car's right side quarter and doors got damaged on 26.06.2016 by a bus on red light then I went to service centre of K.P. Automotive, Civil Lines, Jaipur and asked for damage repair, then service advisor told me that first survey will be done by surveyor of Royal sundram. Survey done and Surveyor (Sh. Manoj Gautam, Mobile No. 7737122402 ) was not ready to pass claim of full damage. He asked that some damages are old and new damages with old damage can not be claimed. Then I written an email to maruti insurance, but they have not done anything till now and have not answered by email also.

I had purchased a DEZIRE no HR-07-Y-7264 from KARNAL MOTORS KURUKSHETRA in the month of JULY 28 July. It was fully insured but now it has gone a minor accident and a tyre is also damaged company is not repairing it nor the surveyer is behaving well. He is asking money for this.
