SUB: DEDUCTION AND NON-PAYMENT OF MY DUES FOR CONTENT WRITING ASSIGNMENT FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY 2017
Dear Mr. Sharma,
I was hired by your travel company Air Cruise Travel Pvt. Ltd. as Content Developer on retainer ship fee of Rs. 15000/- per month for Vue India Tours which is your sister concern.
Ms. Abhilasha of HR sent me a mail dated 27th January stating my services were being withdrawn from 24th January 2017 onward and I should send the invoice for the same to process the payment.
Stated below is the mail sent by Ms. Abhilasha for the same:
Dear Sanjeev Sir,
As per discussion over phone, we would like to withdraw the contract w.e.f. 24.01.2017. Kindly send invoice so that we can process payment.

My services were used till 24th January 2017 and I had raised an invoice of Rs. 12000/- for the same from 01-24 Jan 2017 which was mailed to your office on 27th January 2017.
When Ms. Abhilasha approached you for clearing the payment you told her to make the payment till 20th January 2017 and deduct Rs, 2000/- as the content did not match the quality of your company. This was highly unethical on your part as your Digital Marketing Manager Mr. Sunil Vishwakarma never raised such an objection about the quality of content at any given time during the tenure of my services.
I received a mail in this regard on 27th January 2017 from Ms. Abhilasha of HR which is stated below:
Dear Sanjeev Sir,
As per discussion over phone, we would like to withdraw the contract w.e.f. 20.01.2017, apologies for earlier mail as date mentioned in earlier mail was a typo error. You can use the content shared with us after 20.01.17 as it doesn’t matches quality standard set by company. Kindly send invoice so that we can process the payment.

Though I was not happy with this but to avoid any litigation I mailed an amended invoice of Rs. 10,000/- on 30th January 2017 not to flare up the matter any further.
For next sixteen days I kept following with Ms. Abhilasha of HR to clear my payment but she kept giving excuses that the signing authority is yet to sign the cheque.
On 16th February I got a call from Ms. Abhilasha saying that you want to deduct the payment for two more days. This is highly unjustified and shows your malafide intention to wrongly deduct the vendor’s payment.
You are requested to clear my due payment within three working days failing which I would be forced to take the matter to the competent court of law filing damages for harassment and unlawfully withholding my hard earned money.
