I purchase mobile(REDMI NOTE 3) phone from MI INDIA ON 29 AUG 2016 WITH ORDER ID- 5160825590660095. THE PHONE IS FAULTY. COMPANY AGREE TO TAKE IT BACK. BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT THEY ARE NOT GIVING HAND TO HAND REPLACEMENT. THEY TOLD ME THAT FIRSTLY, I HAVE TO SEND THE PHONE TO THEM AND AS THEY RECEIVE THE PHONE, THEN THEY WILL SEND NEW PHONE. IT WILL TAKE 10-14 DAYS. IN the meanwhile what phone i have to used ?
