Delayed Service and Misguidence by lenovo laptop service center in Karnal, Haryana

On 5th July my laptop did not turned on, When i went to the lenovo service centre located in my city and told them about the issue. At first they were not ready to accept that the laptop is faulty and asked me to change my power adapter and returned me the laptop on 7th july. I arranged a power adapter from a friend but the same problem continue, I went back to the service centre and talked to them, after a long debate they agreed to check the laptop and in evening of 7th july they called me and told that there is some fault in the motherboard and it is to be replaced. When i enquired about the time required in this process then they replied that the part will be available within 5 days if it will be available in india and in case if the part is to be ordered from outside india then it will take about 10 days.
Its been almost 2 months and still they dont know when the part will be available and whenever i call them and enquire about the laptop then everytime they ask me to call after 3 days. I have made more than 40 calls and 10 visits to the service centre since the date of giving laptop at the service centre.
I tried to track my complaint status (Complaint No-7023679027 ,7023707156 and 7023798916) online but that says that the request cannot be processed, I tried to call their customer service helpline but they replied that no case is registered of any such laptop, when i further enquired them then they accepted that the case is registered on 7 th july but also told me that your warranty is expired on 26th july and disconnected the call.
Their service centre executive ig going on giving me new dates every now and then. I am very much frustated by cobtacting them and going to the service centre.
Sir I am a graduate and from last one year i was preparing for some goverment jobs, my whole preperation was dependent on my laptop as it was the only source for my online coaching and notes and solving papers. from last two months my studies are affcted very badly and i am very much tensed up because of this issue because my exam is in september and i am not able to prepare for that from last two months.
Because of this carelessness of the lenovo company i will have to sit at home and wait for the next year exam so that i can clear it with my full preperations.
Now consumer court is the last option i am left with. The company ruined my study and is also not able to repair my laptop till today.
The company has voilated the agreement of giving service in time. Now i dont only want my laptop fully repaired but also the compensation for all the inconvience and study loss i suffered. And if the company is not able to repair my laptop then i also demand all my money back along with interest and compensation.
As a compensation i demand ₹1,50,000 for mental harrasment and ₹15,00,000 for the loss of my study and wasting a whole year of my preperations and my future plans.
I request the company officials to pay some attention towards this issue and resolve it along with the compensation as it would be better for both of us.
In case the case is not resolved then i will make sure that the company officials get the summon as soon as possible and then will follow the proceedings of the court.
