Complaint Against : NBPDCL-North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited
Dear Sir
I am quite shocked to receive the electricity bill amounting Rs. 11,810/- against electricity consumption, for the last two months at my residence.It is just not possible for me to have used so much of electricity in the last two months, more so because I was out of station with my family for twenty days and the house was locked.
Please rectify this mistake so that I can pay the actual amount. Thanking you in anticipation,
This is never expected from NBPDCL.This is indeed a very poor
service from NBPDCL. I never expected such thing

Why the nbpdcl is not responsible for his consumer regarding providing of electricity in summer season. We are paying monthly bills when it raised by nbpdcl but services are very poor. Today is 20.05.18 sunday and next day is my working day at office but till 23.00 hrs electricity is not provided at Dighikalan west Hajipur. How am I and my family resting whole night for better tomorrow.

Dear sir,
Just I want to know the legal format of new 3phase connection of 5kv. Can 3phase meter,wire ,pole,meter fixing charge, purchase bye self. I live in siwan rural area and I seen all nbpdc employee demands money openly.

Dear sir, I am sorry to complain that Meter reader is not reading the meter on regular interval, causing me a huge burden of money due to jumping of units consumed from lower slab to higher slab.My monthly consumption is about 250 approx per month, but due to late and irregular reading it jumps to 300 and above slab which fetch higher rate per unit.Pl.do the needful at the earliest.Thanks.
