Online consumer complain aginst Videocon d2h customer for Wrongly Activated Channels

This is with regards to the Videocon d2h customer id - 148893120. Today evening (20th June, 2016), I called up Videocon d2h customer care and asked the customer care executive (a female lady) to downgrade my base pack to Flexi Pack 99/- per month.
She informed me that along with the Flexi Pack, an add-on pack has to be compulsorily activated. I asked her to activate the "Hindi Entertainment Add-on for 62/- per month". She informed me that she has taken the request and has activated the base pack along with the add-on pack.
Upon switching on the TV set, I could not find channels - Star Plus, Sony, Colors etc activated. What the executive did was, instead of activating the Hindi Entertainment Pack, she activated Hindi Movies + Hindi News.
I again called up the customer care and asked the executive (a female again) to deactivate the "Hindi Movies" & "Hindi News" add-on pack. She, on the other hand, informed that she can't deactivate the packs since there's a lock-in period of 30 days.
At this stage, I asked her to transfer the call to a supervisor and lodged a complaint (No - 402371142) in this regard. However, the supervisor informed me that any action on this complaint can only be taken in the next 8 working days.
Hence, I would request you to kindly take a look into this matter and see to it that the 2 add-on packs "Hindi Movies" & "Hindi News" are deactivated without any additional money deducted from my d2h balance.

Dear team,
It's been nearly two months I can't operate my TV. I had order a new remote but it Din work more than two days. I Book a complaint several time but one's only engineer attended and than also it din work more than one day, again I book complaint which is closed by a girl saying call got disconnected. Again I book complaint and this time engineer close the complaint saying the complaint auto closed.... This is your service that any of your worker can cheat customers and you people don't know for two months unless I don't tell.
A company like videocon D2h showing such reputation in market and cannot give remote warranty of even two days. I want my remote exchange to be exchang my D2h customer ID 105594347

On Friday dth signal was lost I raised a complaint On Saturday and the executive told me that they will send the engineer within 8 hours. But it's Tuesday no one has still turned up. Everyday I'm calling and I get the same response.
It's day 5 of the connection loss and I'm feeling helpless.
I call them daily..my currency is burning but no action from vediocon D2H team...
Dear Sir I request you to please take action against these lazy people who haven't responded to complaint instead raise a new complaint everyday and promise to resolve in 8 hours but no one shows up.
The latest complaint number is - 517498825.
I hope you take some strict action.

I am a vediocon D2H customer with customer ID 162004032. Since last saturday signal was lost and nothing in the screen seen. I am a bonafide customer and paid till Sep 2017. Please resolve the problems very soon.

My vd2h stb was faulty and its changed with repaired STB by vd2h cc before 15 days. Now changed STB has no clear sound.I called to customer care and they told me that we change the faulty STB with repaired one . so i am very disappointed with videocon d2h service

My videocon d2h services stopped due to stb faulty since 2 sep and I am continuously complaint to videocon d2h customer care but no one can replay me .No one attend my complaint in one week . Videocon d2h policy said complaint will be solve in 24 hrs

I recharged my d2h no. 89166047 by Rs2100 approximately on March 17,2017.i was given an offer of 50% extra time. My package should end on December 16,2017. While Videocon stopped my d2h services on September 13, 2017. Even they denied to register my complain. I am using Videocon d2h for the past 7-8 years. But they disappointed and cheated me this time. Please help me.
