Internet hathway services disconnected without prior intimation

I have taken hathway connection in Jun 2016 and it was working fine until on 8th Jan,2017 the services has been suddenly stopped. Initially I thought it is a regular maintenance issue and customer relationship executive also have given me the similar information.
After two days when the services were still down, I called the sales person Azhar (7276071277) and he informed me that the lender from which Hathway has taken fiber on lease has some issue due to which he cut the fiber cable.
Firstly, its none of my concern but now I am in mess that I have prepaid for next three months services and I do not have services up at all.
