Dear sir,
maine 14.07.2017 ko jalandhar se ek courier kiya tha madland malad ,mumbai ke liye jiska docket number hai 1325500317. courier company ne iska charge Rs.500 liya tha aur mujhe bola gaya tha ki aap ka courier 16.07.2017 ko aap ke adderss pr deliver ho jayega . lekin aisa nahi hua mujhe mera courier deliver nahi hua company ne ye courier apne pas hi rakh liya ,maine inquiry ki to courier company ke worker bole ki aap apna courier malad office se lejao hum delivery nahi de sakte aur 24.07.2017 tk courier apne pas hi rakha ,,, 24.07.2017 ko mujhe ye courier apne aap hi courier office se collect kirna pda.
mujhe courier company ne bahut paresan kiya courier late milne ki vajah se mera 60000 ka loss ho gaya.
maine makeup krne ki kit courier ki thi jo ki time pr na milne ki vajah se mera loss hua hai .. aur mujhe harasment bhi bahut jyada hui thi.
meri aap se request hai ki mujhe nayay dilaya jaye.

Hi,
Trackon couriour service is very worth couriour shipment service around India. I couriered my consignment from mau to gurgaon. But after some time he confirmed that your address is not in our delivery list. Firstly, if you don't want to deliver then why did you receive the consignment. Secondly, I tracked regularly to move it at my address but the costumer service representative not responding and cut the call in mid of talk. I tried to operate it from Varanasi location but there is a woman Ms. Anamika Srivastava, she is not talking, she just used an abusing way in talking. Now, finally I unable to send my consignment at respective address and I don't know exactly where is my consignment. And, nobody intrested to Intertain it. This is very worsth experience of my life. I never suggest to anyone to trust in this trackon couriour service.

I Mr P Datta has booked a parcel on 1 May 2018 and it has reached near destination sodepur on 3rd night 9:30pm itself but still now till today that is 6th ,it is not delivered.My address is Rinku Datta 63 Thakurbari sarani,Post Nandan nagar,Belghoria Kolkata-83.Landmark: near Nabodoy club.so pl see that it is delivered as early as possible.I am very sorry to say that trackon courrior service has become so bad !

This is not the first time I am facing this problem. Any time a courier come through Trackon they call my office and say, pick your parcel we wont come. If you are running a courier company it is your job to deliver the parcel to the address.
