Dear sir/ mam i am citizen of Gurdaspur in Punjab i am 16 years old when I go to Dto office of city for making learning licence i saw some workers take black money from people to provide licence without any legal test and many people including me Stand in queue from long hours but these agents give money to government employees to give licence without any test . this disappointed me when people say that real image of India and say other countries are better than india.some young people decide to go abroad after see whole seen .I love my country and want to encourage people to stay in India . I hope you soon visit my city and take action on corrupt agents present in dto office .
