I claimed my two consecutive bills from Universal Sompo Health after I got operated at Mata Chanan devi hospital in Janak Puri as I was admitted there in emergency with chest pain and was detected blockage in arteries and got my stent done on 10th March 2016 (admitted from 10 to 13 March 2016) and then after 3 weeks doctors advised me for the second stent for which surgery happened on 02nd April 2016 and I was admitted fro 02 to 04 April 2016. I claimed these two bills from my Universal Sompo Health Insurance under claim numbers 102695 and 102698. company has refused my claims saying that first one was within 30 days of my insurance which is illogical for me to understand because emergency does not see any dates and second was refused because they say this is the followup of same treatment so again illogical for me to understand. I am a middle class working person with two children and hard for me to spend this amount and insurance as always is doing this harassment. please help
