I've purchased a geyser from Bardhaman branch of Great Eastern electronics & appliance, and paid by cheque of Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank. The BGVB transferred the money through RTGS to UBI where Great Eastern has account. But UBI credited the money to someone else instead of Great Eastern. In spite of having awareness about all the fact, a staff, Partha Das, accused me of not paying the money. He Insulted me in a dirty and offensive way. He also insisted me to pay again by cash, and threatened to bring back the product from my house.
