I had booked my package (Flight, Accommodation and cab) in October and had availed the emi option, made final payment on 5th Dec. I got my vouchers (Flight, stay and cab) delivered by 11th Dec. I noticed my stay had extra bed mentioned for both rooms for all 7 nights in all locations. There were other issues too, and i raised complaint immediately, did level 4 escalation too but was not able to get any resolution. While i was checking the cost on the date of the stay at the hotel and also on MMT website, the flight ticket costs (actual) and the cab cost, looks like i have been charged Rs. 75000/- to Rs.80000/- extra by MMT. I tried reaching out to them once i was back and also left a feedback. But no response. One has to note that MMT has tieup with these different vendors and the cost they incur is way too less. I have been cheated and am looking for a refund for excess amount charged.
