Complaint Against / To : Bharathi travels

I booked 3 tickets (TJDR26658353, TJDR45639255, TJDR26472979 with PNR no: TS-RB38984098ERC/13538, TS-RB38984321HOS/13539, TS-RB38984512QYX/13540) from Bangalore to Hyderabad for 8th January 2016 in Bharathi travels via Redbus. Because of some unavoidable reasons i had to cancel my trip.When i try to cancel the tickets online, it shows 100% cancellation fee. Iam losing my entire amount Rs 3750 (i.e, 3 tickets - 1250 * 3) without even taking the journey, that too when iam cancelling it 3 days prior (5th Jan). When i contacted Redbus customer care to complain about this issue, they simply washed off their hands saying its Bharathi travels policy and that they cant do anything about it. Then i tried to call Bharathi travels customer care using the numbers they displayed on their website.3 of the numbers are out of service and there is no response from other 4 numbers.Finally after many trials i was able to connect to 08041123355 and one lady (seems fresher) picked the call and was unable to address my concern.She asked me to call again the next day and wait for her manager to answer me.If she was not fit to address any issues of customers i dont understand why she even picked the call.

6th Jan update : I called up customer care number today again to follow up. Again the manager is not available. The lady who picked up the call just said 'Sorry its our policy, we want customers money at any cost whether they take the journey or not we are not bothered about it'
