Complaint about Excess Broadband Bill of 7428932300 Service Provider Reliance

The company asked me to update my plan from 3G to 4G and I was promised THAT NO EXTRA CHARGES WILL BE APPLICABLE. Also, they promised that I would get 10GB free data on up gradation for 1st Month.
1st Month I received a bill of 2200(approx), next month of 2600 whereas my usage was not of that much. Hence I confronted the company and didn't pay my bill of 2600. They had suspended the services and now they have sent me a bill of 3100. They have been continuously pressurizing me to pay the bill with frequent and untimely calls.
As per my usage & the previous bill record, this 3100 is a fabricated image and I would request you to kindly assist me on the same matter.
