During my 3ed service, I visited Honda service centre ‘VENETIAN HONDA KANDIVALI WORK SHOP (MUMBAI)’. Dated 3ed November 2016.
Within a year my CBR 250 started giving noise from right side of the engine. I took my bike to service centre and meet Mr. Devendra (Dewa) and ask him to take test ride for the issue. Mr Dewa told me that there is issue with the fuel and fuel injection needs to be clean to solve the issue. Charges for the same is INR 950 + oil change Total INR 2600 I paid under 3ed service.
I tested my bike for 2 day and again visited VENETIAN HONDA SERVICE CENTRE Dated 8th November 2016. I meet Mr. Vijay (floor manager) and told him about my issue with engine noise.
Engine again started giving noise with few km driven. Mr. Vijay asked me to leave bike with service station they will again check for the issue and revert me back. This time Mr. Yogesh has check my bike and told me that there is an issue with chain tensioner any clutch setting. They reset the chain tensioner and clutch to solve the issue.
For delivery Ms. Mumta (Customer relationship Manager) called me on 13th November 2016. She told me issue has been solved and parts are repaid to solve the issue with engine noise.
Only one day I driven my CBR 250 but there is no such improvement I have notice for the noise issue, engine noise is still there and this time it was loud.
I again visited ‘VENETIAN HONDA SERVICE CENTRE’ on 15th November 2016. I again meet Mr. Vijay and Ms. Mumta. I explained them each and every this about my issue with engine noise. Both of them has given me a fake promises that issue will be solve and we will replace necessary part to solve the issue.
It’s already a 2 week my bike is still with the service centre. Today on 20th November 2016 I again visited VENETIAN HONDA SERVICE CENTRE to take my bike. This time Ms, Mumta (CRM) and Mr. Vijay told me that, they have replaced chain tensioner and make then necessary setting in the engine for the issue.
I took test ride of my CBR 250 for 10 to 12 km and the same noise is coming out from the right side of the engine.
Does Honda think that the customer is fucking fool and has only left with the work to visit Honda again and again?.
I shoot up mail 2 to 3 times in Honda customer care and also called customer care for the issue. (Reference number 1-117605603011).
Why there is no conformation email is send to me till date after making follow up via Emails and call. I think that Honda is blind or daff that on response is given to me till date via email or call. Are you guys are sleeping?
Does Honda have any idea how customer is suffering with their poor quality services. I spend 2 lakh to buy CBR 250r and within a year engine got fucked up with the noise.
In next 24 hour I want someone senior from Honda to call me and solve the issue with my CBR 250 otherwise, it’s my final word that I will send legal notice to Honda and take them to consumer court for poor quality product given to me.
It’s only a final thing left with me; Honda is good in making customer fool with their poor quality products and services.
I want final solution with my CBR 250r engine or else give me a new CBR 250 if Honda did understand the issue.
I also want Honda to take action against VENETIAN HONDA SERVICE CENTRE. Mr. Vijay (floor manager) Ms. Mumta (CRM Manager) and Mr Dewa and Yogesh all are making me fool since last 15 days. This guy has not solved my issue since the date I given my bike to Honda service centre. If they don’t know the jobs then ask them to leave Honda ASAP.
I want Honda to solve my issue with engine noise or else give replacement with New CBR 250.
