dear sir,
with reference to the above i had taken business loan from capital first in july 2016 but due to poor market conditions i am unable to pay the same for last seven months due to which there is constant harrasment of recovery agents at my place from your end.recovery agents have started contacting my friends and relatives and asking them to pay for which i have voice recording also,which is damaging my reputation in the market.recently my relatives have received call from your call centre number 022 62162100 and asking them to pay for which i have voice recording also. They have alao threatened me to pay or they will further contact my other relatives and friends .
